Working at OnRamp has been great, especially as I get to oversee and manage different projects. I work with an energetic team, and together, we make sure projects run smoothly and get done well. Being hands-on in planning and doing projects has helped me become a better leader and taught me a lot about the best ways to manage projects. Overall, my time at OnRamp has been rewarding and has helped me grow in my job.
