Job Description:

OnRamp is a digital payments infrastructure company, empowering retail users and businesses to access the crypto economy with seamless plug and play solutions for making fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat payments as easy and familiar as online banking.

We manage our own Digital Wallets and offer payment services to 3rd parties. We have a diverse and international team with offices in Bangkok and Tallinn.

For our crypto products we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – Crypto Products. We offer different payment rails to 3rd parties and for our own wallets. For this position the focus is on Fiat-to-Crypto and Crypto-to-Fiat. The candidate will be responsible for the business development activities of these payment rails with a focus on South East Asia and Europe. Occasional sales activities in other regions are also possible. The position reports to the CRO. We are seeking for this position a Business Developer with experience. The focus is on developing the sales pipeline in a structured way, run the bid management and close deals. Next to this a strong focus on future portfolio development is needed to guide product management and development. You need to enjoy solving problems, be innovative and get the job done. Experience in the fintech/crypto space is a strong plus point.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the market and drive the lead development
  • Customer sessions to analyze needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deal Closing
  • 3rd Party discussions with potential partners
  • Interacting with Product Management and Operations to create the solutions
