OnRamp is a digital payments infrastructure company that empowers retail users and businesses to access the crypto economy with seamless plug-and-play solutions to make fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat payments as easy and familiar as online banking. Responsibilities

• Perform customer onboarding process for both KYC and KYB based on company policies and processes
• Perform due diligence on new customers by requesting the KYC/KYB information, documentation, review, 
and verification of the received documentation based on the company policies
• Periodically evaluate existing customers according to established company policies and procedures
• Monitor ongoing transactions and pick up high-risk behaviour following our Fraud detection system
• Investigate high-risk customers and report where necessary and obtain all necessary documentation 
to complete the customer profile
• Perform any additional tasks concerning KYC/ KYB, CFT


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or customer relations, any related role
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with KYC, KYB, and AMLO is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
• Able to work on flexible working hours and able to work shifts
