Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, propose solutions, and uphold the highest standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and manage test data requirements
• Performs defect management role for SIT & UAT
• Implement best QA processes and standards
• Assists BAs/Operations team for requirements definition and system documentation
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability
• Conduct manual and automated tests to identify defects, regressions, and inconsistencies in software behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment on testing priorities
• Document and communicate test results, including defect reports, test summaries, and recommendations for improvement
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other team activities to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage

• Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Communication Champion: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Lifecycle Insight: Familiarity with the software development life cycle is a plus.
• Problem-Solver: Keen understanding of common software failures and faults.
